How do you imagine the transition from an old year to a new one?
Usually spent with family or friends. What if for once you decided to take that time for yourself, the one you've always put off, the one you told yourself you'd do later? So many questions…
The answer to this trip to Morocco is to take it quickly, give yourself the gift you deserve and which will change your perspective at the end. A women-only trip who want to dedicate themselves to an experience tailored to them here and now, to rediscover themselves and their qualities, interests and projects.
For your New Year in Marocco, we have chosen uncontaminated nature, mixed with ancestral cities that transmit energy and contact with sensitive animals and leaders such as horses.
Walking together, sharing, taking moments of solitude: they are all part of this holiday in the desert.
How to prepare for this unforgettable adventure
To best prepare themselves for this woman travel groups, two online meetings will be organized with the Inspirational Psychologist Andrea Zacchi, one before and one after the Trip.
The first meeting will encourage you to get to know your travel companions, and you will be able to begin to explore your reasons for leaving and what you want to take home after this journey.
The second appointment will be useful to take stock of the experience.
During the week you will also have the Inspirational Diary of Destinazione Umana at your disposal, the Tour Operator with whom we collaborate and who will provide you (included in the package) with this important personal notebook that you can dedicate to this and other occasions, where you can do inspirational exercises and write of your goals
Program
Day 1 (30/12/24): Arrival
Day dedicated to welcome, you will arrive in Marrakech at different times depending on your flight, and you will immediately immerse yourself in the colors and smells of this ancient city. Independent check-in at the Riad and meeting of the group at sunset on the terrace in Jma el Fna square. Today we will meet in person and begin this journey. The first dinner together will have a special flavour, like the night we will spend in a typical Riad.

Day 2 (31/12/24): Essaouira, walking 10km, bivouac on the ocean
Today our destination will be Essaouira, the Pearl on the Atlantic Ocean which will welcome us with an organized lunch on the cliffs of Ouessen from where we will set off on foot along a beautiful and easy route of about 10km with rocky and sandy ups and downs.
Passing through Sidi Kaouky, a short stop and then continuing to the long beach that reaches the river estuary, to go back up to the cliff where our Bivouac awaits us, typically decorated with Berber tents, it will be our camp where we await the New Year.
A camp shower awaits us, ready for dinner, the bonfire and the celebrations under a sea of stars and in front of the power of the Sea.

Day 3 (01/01/25): Visit of Essaouria quad adventur into dunes
Waking up in this new year, here and now, in front of the powerful and energetic Ocean! Happy New Year everyone!
Today we will let ourselves be seduced by Essaouira, visiting the fishing port, the walls, the ramparts, the alleys and we will all have lunch together. Who said shopping? Well yes, craftsmanship is honored here and you will have time to make your own little wonders.
In the afternoon then an adrenaline-filled quad adventure awaits us at the Ranch De Diabat, don't worry, it's easy and manageable to drive even for those who have never done it. Emotions are guaranteed, between the beach and high dunes at sunset.
At the end, dinner will be served in the Riad where we will stay in the center of Essaouira, where we can relax, enjoy the terrace and the beautiful decorated rooms.

Day 4 (02/01/25): Walking from Takoucht to Sidi Mbarek waterfalls and Iftane 14km
A journey today that will lead us among high sandy dunes, animals in semi-freedom and shepherds. Approximately 14km traveled slowly, with the ocean as your companion. We will discover a hidden cove where we will have a packed lunch and eventually we will land in Iftane, a fishing village, where we will sleep in a rural house or a bivouac will be set up. It will be a day where we will have time to reflect, write, imagine ourselves.

Day 5 (03/01/25): Horse riding to beach, back to Marrakech
This morning our teachers will be Arabian Berber Horses. There are those who say that they know how to read inside you and that they bring out those emotions that you had forgotten about or that were well hidden. They will lead us to the beach, and will be patient even with those who have never been on horseback.
It will be our way of saying goodbye to Essaouira, before returning to Marrakech. A quick lunch along the road and then once settled in the Riad, you will have time to lose yourself in the market teeming with life and artisans, you can do it in a group or alone. This evening for dinner we chose a special place, Les Jardin, to spend this evening together and say goodbye to this wonderful country.

Day 6 (04/01/25): Departure
Oh yes, today we're leaving, our eyes full of beautiful things we've experienced, our backpack of souvenirs and our grateful heart. Each with a different timetable, those who will leave early, those who will still have time for a breakfast with friends or a last walk in the center or a visit to a museum, we will be here to advise you.

Wich language we speak?
In Morocco Arabic and French are officially spoken, in the tourist areas you will find those who speak English, your companions speak Italian and English

It is necessary to have a passport with a residual validity of 6 months from the date of entry

Temperatures
Generally 15°-20° during the day and 5° at night, dressing in layers is the best solution
Luggage
During excursions, bring technical gear and winter-type Goretex walking shoes with Vibram soles, and a tracksuit to stay comfortable and warm in the evening. Dress for sightseeing in the city. A fleece and a waterproof windbreaker just in case. Slippers and large microfibre towel, medicines you usually use
Bed linen and towels
They will be present in the riads, in the bivouac you will have a blanket and sleeping bag, take a large microfibre towel
Training
The walks are easy and your companions will do what is necessary to make you feel comfortable, if during the day you want to interrupt and be taken by car upon arrival you can do so for an extra €30-40
Quad e horse
These two activities do not require particular skills or a driving licence. Your guides will provide you with safety protection and adapt the activity to your experience level
Diet
Food allergies and intolerances communicated in the pre-departure form will be managed on site without problems
