With this quad excursion, Ranch de Diabat will take you to visit two must-sees: the high dunes of Cap Sim and the Fishermen's Cave.
In three hours, you will have the impression of travelling for days, so many adventures will there be to experience and landscapes to admire.
A breathtaking route for those who love to take their time and fully experience a half-day quad bike ride at the Ranch de Diabat in Essaouira.
This excursion is suitable for both groups of friends and families with small children. Your guide will tailor the route and stops to suit the group, finding the perfect vantage points for unforgettable photos and brightening your day with intense emotions to share.

Plan
For those with a car, it will be easy to reach the Ranch de Diabat, located just 3 km from the city center. You will be sent a map and GPS location by email, and you can park with complete peace of mind in the Ranch's private parking lot.
Upon your arrival at Reception, you'll be greeted by our staff who will show you the safety instructions for the quads. You can then fill out the rental contract and meet your instructor, who will help you choose the right helmet size.
Before departure, your guide will give you a short test drive to reassure you and put you at ease. After this, you'll be ready to set off on this wonderful quad bike excursion.
You will travel along the beautiful beach in a southerly direction, encountering the large dunes called Omar, then a small village of very friendly seasonal fishermen, and finally you will reach the large dunes of Cap Sim, where you can see the white lighthouse in the background, which at night with its light guides the boats returning to the port of Essaouira, and in front of you the immense Atlantic Ocean.
The fun part of the quad excursion will be here on the dunes, where you can have fun climbing and descending, always taking maximum care to follow the tracks of your guide, who knows the route perfectly.
You'll arrive at a stunning panoramic spot called the Grotto, where a small natural shelter has been adapted to accommodate those who want to stop for a Moroccan mint tea, all with a breathtaking view of the ocean.
Retracing your steps, you can cross the mimosa and eucalyptus forest, following a narrow road sheltered from the wind and behind the dunes, until you reach the ruins of the Portuguese Castle, built by the Phoenicians to spot ships arriving from the sea. From here, you can also see the island of Mogador with its still-intact prison and the mosque's minaret, where the Eleonora's falcon breeds and is a resident.
From here, the last stop on an incredible excursion: the Castle of Sultan Moulay Ben Abdallah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where your guide will be able to provide you with several interesting historical explanations.
Prepare yourself as best as possible
- Level: to take part in this excursion it is not necessary to have a level or a driving license, even beginners are accepted, and a driving test will be carried out before departure.
- Clothing: To participate in this quad excursion, it is recommended to wear long trousers and closed shoes.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
All activities must be paid in advance in order to be confirmed.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Bank transfer to a Moroccan bank (sending proof of payment by email at least 7 days before the activity is mandatory)
- International credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express – via Stripe)
ON-SITE PAYMENT:
For on-site bookings, for which availability cannot be guaranteed without advance payment, it is possible to pay in cash (Moroccan dirhams).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Any interruption of the activity requested by the client for any reason requires dedicated assistance, which involves an additional cost. This cost will be charged on site, communicated at the time, and depends on the location where the client interrupts the activity.
The client agrees to pay this cost.
Please note: weather conditions or illness are not covered by the organizer but by the client’s own travel insurance.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following penalties will apply:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount will be retained
- Between 29 and 10 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking amount will be retained
- Between 9 and 3 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking amount will be retained
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained
CHILDREN CONDITIONS:
- Children from 0 to 4 years old are free of charge and share the quad with a responsible adult
- Children between 5 and 8 years old pay half price and share the quad with a responsible adult
- Children between 9 and 15 years old pay the full price and share the quad with a responsible adult
BOOKING CONFIRMATION ACCORDING TO THE REGULATIONS
