Ranch De Diabat is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, the bookings you make through our website are made directly with Ranch De Diabat.

By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Ranch De Diabat, including any injury, damage or loss arising from the booking of experiences and services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to bookings and transactions made by you with Ranch De Diabat.
