6-hour Quad Tour + Lunch on the Beach

Our free shuttle is available, departing from one of the following pick-up points: Place Moulay Hassan, Bab Marrakech, or Bab Doukkala. You can also choose another pick-up point in the city so our driver can pick you up and drop you off at the end of your activity.

For those with a car, it will be easy to reach the Ranch de Diabat, located just 3 km from the city center. You will be sent a map and GPS location by email, and you can park with complete peace of mind in the Ranch's private parking lot.

Upon your arrival at Reception, you'll be greeted by our staff who will show you the safety instructions for the quads. You can then fill out the rental contract and meet your instructor, who will help you choose the right helmet size.

Before setting off, your guide will give you a short test drive to reassure you and put you at ease. Afterwards, you'll be ready to set off on this wonderful quad bike excursion.

Heading out to the ocean, which is just 5 minutes from Ranch de Diabat, you'll find yourself on this pristine, 27-kilometer-long southern beach.

You will encounter the dunes known as Omar and, not far away, a small seasonal fishing village, as well as special freshwater springs that flow from the sand at low tide, the magic of nature.

You will arrive at the huge dunes of Cap Sim, with its white lighthouse that guides ships towards the port of Essaouira, and in front of the boundless ocean.

The fun part of the quad excursion will be here on the dunes, where you can have fun going up and down, always being careful to follow the tracks of your guide, who knows the route perfectly.

You'll soon arrive at an exceptional panoramic point, called the Grotto, where there's a small natural shelter, adapted to accommodate those who want to stop for a Moroccan mint tea, all with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Not far away is the village of Ouessen, home to a wind farm that's important to the Essaouira region and has been providing electricity for years. From here, you'll enjoy an incredible panoramic view of Sidi Kaouky Bay, where you'll slowly descend through sparse vegetation to the spot where you can enjoy your lunch.

The meal will be served at a typical local restaurant or by our staff, who will prepare a private lunch break on the beach. This second option is available for an additional fee. If you're interested, please request a personalized quote.

The menu can be seafood or meat-based depending on the season and will also be agreed upon based on any food allergies or tastes of the participants.

After lunch, you'll return to your quad bikes, retracing your steps through the mimosa and eucalyptus forest, following a narrow road sheltered from the wind and behind the dunes, until you reach the ruins of the Portuguese Castle, built by the Phoenicians to spot ships arriving from the sea. From here, you can also see Mogador Island, with its still-intact prison and the mosque's minaret, home to the Eleonora's falcon, which breeds here.

From here, the last stop on an incredible excursion: the Castle of Sultan Moulay Ben Abdallah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where your guide will be able to provide you with several interesting historical explanations.

• Level : To participate in this excursion it is not necessary to have a specific level of skill in driving a quad or a driving license.
• Clothing : Recommended clothing is long trousers, closed shoes and a light jacket to protect you from the wind.
