Recommended for adventure seekers, the quad bike excursion in Essaouira will allow you to discover the surroundings of the Ranch de Diabat.
This one-hour quad excursion starts from the Ranch and heads towards the beach and small dunes, arriving at the freshwater springs where the animals come to drink. The return journey follows a winding trail through the mimosa and eucalyptus forest.
Whether you're traveling alone, in pairs, or in a group, Ranch De Diabat offers you the unique experience of a quad bike excursion in Essaouira, amidst wild and unspoiled landscapes.
The quad excursions offered by Ranch de Diabat are about discovering nature, respecting the animals, plants, dunes, and people you meet along the way.
Plan
For those with a car, it will be easy to reach the Ranch de Diabat, located just 3 km from the city center. You will be sent a map and GPS location by email, and you can park with complete peace of mind in the Ranch's private parking lot.
Upon your arrival at Reception, you'll be greeted by our staff who will show you the safety instructions for the quads. You can then fill out the rental contract and meet your instructor, who will help you choose the right helmet size.
After a short test drive, you will set off on this beautiful adventure, heading towards the beach, along the banks of the Kassob River.
You will visit the Palace of Sultan Moulay Abdallah, then continue towards the dunes, where it will be very important to follow the tracks of your responsible guide.
Heading south, you'll have the chance to encounter a small fishing village and freshwater springs that flow from the beach, where semi-free-ranging animals come to drink.
You can leave the beach for a moment, walking along a small road that runs alongside the dunes on one side and the mimosa and eucalyptus forest on the other, until you reach the north beach, where you can admire the Portuguese Castle and get a close-up view of Mogador Island with its mosque and ancient prison.
Prepare yourself as best as possible
- Level : To participate in this excursion it is not necessary to have a specific level of skill in driving a quad or a driving license.
- Clothing : Recommended clothing is long trousers, closed shoes and a light jacket to protect you from the wind.

Quad rental, guides, helmets, transportation to and from the city of Essaouira.
Private activity available with payment of a supplement.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
All activities must be paid in advance in order to be confirmed.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Bank transfer to a Moroccan bank (sending proof of payment by email at least 7 days before the activity is mandatory)
- International credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express – via Stripe)
ON-SITE PAYMENT:
For on-site bookings, for which availability cannot be guaranteed without advance payment, it is possible to pay in cash (Moroccan dirhams).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Any interruption of the activity requested by the client for any reason requires dedicated assistance, which involves an additional cost. This cost will be charged on site, communicated at the time, and depends on the location where the client interrupts the activity.
The client agrees to pay this cost.
Please note: weather conditions or illness are not covered by the organizer but by the client’s own travel insurance.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following penalties will apply:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount will be retained
- Between 29 and 10 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking amount will be retained
- Between 9 and 3 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking amount will be retained
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained
CHILDREN CONDITIONS:
- Children from 0 to 4 years old are free of charge and share the quad with a responsible adult
- Children between 5 and 8 years old pay half price and share the quad with a responsible adult
- Children between 9 and 15 years old pay the full price and share the quad with a responsible adult
