Morocco will resume direct passenger flights to the country from February 7, 2022. From February 7, 2022, international flights to Morocco will be able to resume, and travelers, under certain conditions, will be able to enter Moroccan territory if they have a vaccination pass and a negative PCR test tested at least 48 hours before their date of entry into Moroccan territory.
What are the steps to follow to come to Morocco?
Travelers to Morocco must present a vaccination passport and a negative PCR test result less than 48 hours old before boarding the plane. Upon arrival at the airport, they will be screened with rapid tests. Random PCR tests will also be conducted for several groups of travelers, and the results will be communicated later.
Within 48 hours of entering the country, some travelers will be required to take an additional test at their hotel or residence.
If the tests are positive , further preventive measures will be implemented.
What measures are implemented in case of positive cases?
There are two types of positive cases: normal cases and difficult and critical cases. People who test positive after arriving with a normal diagnosis are required to observe a medical confinement at their place of residence with close follow-up. Difficult cases are transferred directly to specialized hospitals for treatment.
