Update on travel regulations for Morocco

On May 18, 2022, Morocco changed its entry regulations. The updated health regulations are now in effect and will allow many tourists to book their summer holidays with greater peace of mind and freedom.

The health regulations that have long prevented tourists from various countries from entering Morocco have finally been updated . Starting May 18th , entry regulations will allow countless tourists from around the world to book their summer holidays with greater ease and freedom.

Access to Moroccan territory is permitted to all, without restrictions, but with different rules.

The Rules

Vaccinated with three doses

For those vaccinated with three doses, no swab test will be necessary; they will simply need to fill out the health form certifying their health and compliance with safety measures.

For those vaccinated with two doses

The same rules apply to those vaccinated with two doses, the second of which was administered less than four months after entering the country. Tourists will only need to complete the health form to gain access.

For those vaccinated with one dose, recovered or unvaccinated

For those vaccinated with one dose, two doses (with the second dose received more than 4 months ago), or those with a certificate of recovery, the regulation requires a molecular test 72 hours before take-off, in addition to completing the health card.
The procedure is the same for anyone who is not vaccinated or who only has a certificate of recovery.
