The overnight horse ride is an excursion option accessible to all types of riders. The route is adapted to the riding level of the group. We offer two versions: for beginners and for experts. In addition, the programmes can be modified according to tide times.
Beginner riders
The "beginners" option of horse riding with overnight accommodation begins with a walk along the river, on Diabat beach, and then into the eucalyptus and mimosa forest. It continues to the Omar dunes, and then to the fishing village to arrange a picnic lunch.
The tour resumes towards the south to arrive at Cap Sim and its large sand dunes. After a short break to visit this place, the route crosses the forest to get to the Ranch and then be transported by car to the camp.
Experienced riders
The "expert riders" option of horse riding with overnight stay starts from the hill and, following the course of the river, towards the village of Ghazoua, before descending the dunes and taking a picnic break in an enchanting forest.
After lunch, the walk resumes towards Cap Sim, on the dunes. You will pass through several fishing villages, until you reach a freshwater spring where animals come to drink freely. You then climb up the wild beaches of Diabat to get to the Ranch and then be transported by car to the camp.
On both routes, the bivouac offers shelter from the wind, real mint tea and pastries. Under the Berber tent, a 100% Moroccan dinner awaits you: tagine of meat or fish or vegetables, bread and fruit.
The evening will be enlivened by a beautiful bonfire and the sounds of drums and stories from our staff.
After a night under the Berber tent, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast: bread, yoghurt, cheese, orange juice, coffee, milk and tea, before returning to the Ranch de Diabat.
The return journey will be by car. the camp is located 27 km away from the Ranch de Diabat.

You can carry your picnic in your saddlebags, consisting of a variety of salads, chicken kebabs to be cooked at lunchtime, seasonal fruit, bread, water and soft drinks, and tea freshly prepared over a wood fire.
The vegetarian menu consists of: a varied salad, zaalouk (a Moroccan aubergine starter), courgette meatballs, bread, water and soft drinks and tea prepared freshly over a wood fire.
